Your Journey to Wellness

1. Introductory Meeting (15 Minutes)

During this session, I will briefly explain the journey and get to know each of you a little better. This will help us discover whether I can support you effectively and whether we are a good fit. If we both feel aligned, and you are ready to craft your life and health, I would be glad to accompany you on this path—as a guide and companion.

2. Intake & Discovery (90 Minutes)

Prior to this session, you'll complete a detailed health questionnaire. This initial consultation is where we connect the "dots" of your health story to uncover the root cause of your concerns. We thoroughly discuss your complaints, goals, lifestyle, and patterns (diet, sleep, stress). To gain deeper insight into your constitution and current imbalances, I will perform a tongue and pulse diagnosis and observe your body. This comprehensive approach allows me to determine your unique constitution, imbalances in your Doshas, digestive fire (Agni), and the presence of waste products.

3. Wellbeing Plan (60 Minutes)

Based on our detailed findings, I craft your individualized road map. The core focus is providing a simple and effective plan that is easy to apply and integrate into your life—one you can follow with joy. This plan is perfectly tailored to your body and lifestyle, considering the season and current life events. Your practical guidance includes:

  • Nutrition: Specific dietary advice, recipes, and home remedies.

  • Lifestyle: Easy-to-implement Ayurvedic self-care tips, daily and seasonal routines.

  • Mind-Body Tools: Mindful living guidance, personalized advice on exercise, yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

4. Follow-up (60 Minutes)

We reconnect, typically after 1.5 months, for a session dedicated to evaluating your individual journey. We review what advice has been supportive, celebrate your progress, and adjust any challenges you've faced to ensure the plan remains simple and joyful.

*This journey is not about rushing; it is about connecting with the wisdom of your body, and allowing change to unfold step by step—even though we are often used to fast-paced solutions. For this reason, I suggest a 4-cycle wellbeing journey pack, so you can experience each season fully and discover more along the way.
