The Flow of Bliss Therapy
Your experience is thoughtfully sequenced to guide you into a state of deep rest and healing.
Gentle Pranayama (Breathwork): We begin with gentle breathwork. This practice helps to regulate your nervous system and bring you into a state of calm awareness, preparing your body and mind for the deeper steps to follow.
Meditation: With your breath now in rhythm, we move into a guided meditation. This practice helps to quiet your inner dialogue, allowing you to fully drop into the present moment and connect with your inner sense of stillness.
Marma Therapy: Next, we focus on the ancient practice of Marma Therapy. I will gently touch key energy points on your body to release built-up tension and open the flow of energy. This practice helps alleviate physical tension and brings about a profound sense of calm.
Heart Basti with Live Sound Healing: The session culminates in a deeply restorative Heart Basti - warm sesame oil poured into a dough reservoir over the heart center. As you rest, you will be enveloped in live sound healing using the resonant vibrations of a drum, and the delicate tones of chimes. These sounds are not just heard; they are felt, creating a harmonious vibration that helps to release emotional blockages.
