Do something crazy!

Let’s ask this question: Who is crazy?

Who is crazy? A person who follows every conditioning of the mind — the rules society, family, traditions, religion, and schools create and teach — without ever questioning them?
Or a person who questions, asks, and seeks her own answers — someone who speaks up and dares to ask “Who am I? What can I offer to this world?”

Who is crazy? A person afraid to face reality, who refuses to see it and lies to herself?
Or a person on a journey of self-discovery, discovering the world — open to experiencing, exploring, seeing, feeling, understanding — no matter if it hurts or not?

Who is crazy? A person hiding in a safe place, hoping to find peace?
Or a person who dares to face every emotion as it arises, and finds the safe place within — not attached to anyone else or any condition — letting life flow, whether it brings pain or joy, sunny days or grey clouds?

A person who sits in silence for hours, observing her body, watching her thoughts, and touching her soul?

Who is crazy? A person who tries to be perfect in order to be loved and accepted?
Or a person who embraces her imperfections, revealing all her parts — shy, afraid, powerful, and funny — making mistakes, learning, making more mistakes, and learning again — all at once?

Who is crazy? A person who judges others, calling them ridiculous?
Or a person on the path of deep understanding — feeling into every part of her body, mind, and soul — listening to her body’s wisdom:
knowing when to stop, when to slow down...
A person who hears the message of an injured knee saying “slow down”,
who understands the pain in her stomach saying “stop eating this.”

Who is crazy? A person who only seeks pleasant sensations and avoids discomfort?
Or a person who embraces change — knowing that pain comes and goes, and so does joy?

Who is crazy? A person wearing the masks society expects her to wear —
“I am this, I am that, so I shouldn’t do this or that”?
Or a person who knows who she is, needs no approval, and lives wild and free — grounded, maybe spiritual, following her heart, living as her most authentic self?

Our inner worlds each hold a unique kind of craziness—it’s what makes us human. So… don’t be afraid of being crazy.
What does craziness even mean?
Maybe that’s the first question.

Do something “crazy” — something that makes you feel alive, but with a calm mind.

Sing loudly in the middle of a park.
Take a solo trip, maybe one day maybe months.
Just say hi — and meet new people.
Camp on a wild island.
Climb a mountain.
Stay in the forest after dark.
Talk with your tree.
Talk to your stars.
Do something that makes you feel just a bit afraid — or a little weird.
Step beyond your boundaries— the ones that might not even be real.
Let yourself feel. Let yourself be aware.

Do it not to please someone else.
Not to pretend to be someone else.
Do it for you.
Maybe you’ll fail — or maybe, just maybe,
You’ll discover your true self,
Waiting patiently to be found.
Maybe…
