Can you accept every part of yourself?
Is it possible to accept, embrace, and reveal everything inside?
Life is not about performing — it's about simply being, just as you are.
This isn't a stage where we wait for applause.
It’s not an exam where we chase higher grades.
It’s not a place where you can truly be happy wearing masks.
Can you be vulnerable, yet strong at the same time?
Can you hold both pain and joy together?
Can you be a spiritual person, a healer, and an engineer — all at once?
Can you be childish, curious, and playful — yet wise, grounded, and mature?
Can you be sexy and wild— yet cute and calm at the same time?
Can you sing without performing — no rules, just your voice and the emotions wanting to be heard?
Can you listen to a medicine song, a folk tune, a reed flute, or even deep house?
Can you dance to any kind of music — electronic, spiritual, or tribal?
Can you move as your body wants to — freely expressing every rhythm and emotion within?
Can you find the courage to jump from a cliff — and still feel scared?
Can you ski for ten years — and still think, “I might die” and have fun?
Can you love being in the wild — camping, trekking — but also enjoy the city life?
Can you eat pizza with joy and pleasure — and then balance it with kitchari?
Can you cry first... then hold your inner child, sit beside it, and rise again — a woman with no fear?
All my answers are yes.
You can be all.
You can express every part of yourself in your own way.
Maybe sometimes, you want to travel — to discover the world and meet new people.
And sometimes… you just want to stay home in simplicity — cooking, reading, watching film.
Maybe you need to be alone for a while.
And sometimes, you long for connection — to dance, sing, laugh, and share stories at the table.
Maybe one day you'll cry and feel deep pain.
You’ll sing with a great grief inside you.
And the next day, you'll grow — joy returning to take its place.
You’ll sing with joy.
You’ll meet the strength that lives within you.
Maybe you carry anger — but also the greatest love in your heart.
Maybe that anger, once felt and released, transforms into something else.
Maybe one day, you'll be a child again — playing in the mud, having fun.
And the next, you'll be the one holding space for others.
All of it is good. All of it is beautiful. This is you.
