Fall - Journey of Release & Renewal
Colours are changing…
Bright pink, red, and purple blossoms.
Green fields, blue skies, shining sun.
Now golden fields, orange and brown forests, quiet gardens.
The sun hides, a little shy.
The sky turns grey.
Light grows softer.
Long days give way to long nights.
The rhythm is shifting…
From calm skies to windy ones.
From the hum of bees to the crunch of leaves.
From endless adventures to slower days.
Beach parties and outdoor dining.
Now cozy evenings at home, a candle burning.
The air feels different…
The sun touches us less.
Cool breezes remind us to cover up.
Blankets, warm tea, rain at the window.
Moments of comfort.
The harvest is new…
Juicy watermelon gives way
to crisp apples and nourishing pumpkin.
Cooling, sweet foods to grounding, warm ones.
A gentle reminder of fall’s seasonal change.
And within us…
A call to slow down.
To rest.
To ground.
To turn inward.
To notice.
To release what no longer serves.
To create space.
To welcome the new.
Be aware of
your breathing, your body.
Let go of
emotions and thoughts you hold within,
habits that weigh you down.
Cleanse
the clutter from your body — your first home.
Wash away
the dust from your mind and heart.
Do it with warmth, softness, and compassion.
So you can see, hear, taste, and feel more clearly.
So you can listen to the quiet whisper of your inner wisdom.
So you can welcome the new gently.
So love and gratitude find a place to grow.
So you can connect more deeply with your authentic self.
So you can welcome the new version of yourself.
This is fall’s gift — a season to release, to soften, and to begin again.
